Feng Shui’s Red Envelope Tradition
Red envelopes containing tokens of appreciation are traditionally given for Feng Shui services, including consultations, classes taught, media interviews and general assistance. Red represents life force energy. Placing a token into each Red Envelope signals that you are ready to receive the Universe’s abundance.
Use Chinese Red Envelopes (from any Chinese store) or generic red envelopes. They can even be hand-made or of cloth, but they must be new and cannot be re-used. (Red Envelopes can be purchased at the consultation, if you so choose.)
At each consultation, you are asked to present 9 Red Envelopes. A monetary amount, such as a dollar, should be placed in each of the first eight envelopes, and a cheque (or cash) for the remainder of the fee is placed in the 9th one.

Add $30 for a comprehensive energy clearing that is provided before the consultation. Expect to budget at least $360 for a beneficial initial consultation; $280 for a virtual distance consultation. Prices do not include 5% Goods and Services Tax.
Ask about the deluxe package (at $0.81 per square foot/ $650 minimum) includes a detailed written report, installation of most cures, ongoing follow-up coaching, as well as space clearing and a blessing ceremony.
